Amanda Blake Secola
Director of Sales and Marketing
Amanda Blake Secola has a passion for older adults and has worked in the senior service industry for over 20 years. She became acquainted with Sunnycrest Senior Living in 2015, when her mother-in-law broke a hip. Prior to the incident, she was living with Amanda and her husband. After her surgery and rehabilitation, it was apparent that she would require more care. They were directed to Sunnycrest, where she lived for two years. Amanda and her husband were appreciative and impressed with the care and attention she got and the peace of mind for their family. That experience brought Amanda to Sunnycrest in order to share this opportunity with others. Her experience includes corporate sales and marketing for the senior living industry as well as a background working with Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs at Anthem and CareMore. Her education includes a B.S. degree in organizational leadership and development, a master’s degree in health care management, RCFE certification, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner. She is an avid volunteer and believes in serving her community as a director with Soroptimist International and Orange Senior Center.

Her desire to provide high-quality care for geriatric populations ultimately led her to become a wellness director for a senior living facility. Providing services to the community in a larger role has allowed Michelle to apply her clinical experience with her passion for developing healthy communities through inspirational leadership. She spends her spare time with her husband and two beautiful daughters, Malia and Lana.
